As one of the corporate partners of Hagan Hamilton, Ryan Hartzell brings over 17 years of experience as a licensed agent/consultant and specializes in Corporate Risk Insurance. He can design insurance policies and risk management programs for all types of businesses including specific expertise in financial institutions, manufacturing, loggers, petroleum distributors, refuse haulers, contractors and forest product industries. Ryan’s interests include golfing, fishing, hunting and as a graduate of the University of Oregon – he very much enjoys watching the Ducks play football. Chris began his insurance career 26 years ago as a claims adjuster for Hartford Insurance Company. During that time he was on a catastrophe team that traveled the US handling storm damage claims. He worked on storms such as hurricane Hugo in South Carolina and hurricane Iniki in Hawaii. When Chris started a family he decided to quit traveling and went to work at Insurance Services Northwest in St. Helens where he was born and raised. Four years later he purchased the agency. In 2012 Insurance Services Northwest merged with Hagan Hamilton Insurance.

Gary’s insurance experience spans over four decades and includes owning his own agency with more than 10 locations and a staff of 37 agents and customer service personnel. He sold his agency and joined Hagan Hamilton in 1994. He now serves as Senior Vice President of Business Insurance for Hagan Hamilton. With his expertise in risk management, Gary helps clients reduce the costs resulting from insured and uninsured losses, which ultimately reduces the costs of insurance premiums. His clients include schools, cities, manufacturers, technology businesses, contractors, agribusinesses, nurseries, jewelers, wineries and vineyards. He currently represents more than 100 wineries and vineyards and more than 100 jewelers in Oregon. Gary and his wife, Ginger, make their home in McMinnville.

Prior to merging with Hagan Hamilton Insurance in 2001, Gary Hampton owned and operated Hampton Insurance in Sheridan where he has continued to be a vital force in the Yamhill Valley insurance industry for the past 40 years. Very active in his community, Gary seems to know just about everyone and his reputation for being honest and having answers to challenging insurance issues has endeared him to his many long-time clients. Gary is licensed in property, casualty and life insurance and has extensive experience in developing business packages for agricultural businesses, retail and public entities. Hope serves as Chairman of the PIA Oregon Certified Insurance Counselors Education Committee Board and earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1990.
