As the President/CEO for Hagan Hamilton Insurance Services, Rick joined the agency in 1981 and purchased the company in 1991. For more than two decades Rick has continued to foster the customer-driven philosophy on which the company was founded and being licensed in all lines of insurance gives him a depth of industry experience that guides his business decisions. Rick specializes in employee benefits and as a licensed consultant he provides a truly global perspective to his valued clients concerning the many challenges and solutions of the healthcare insurance industry. Giving back to the community where his family roots go back four generations is very important to Rick. He currently serves on the board of directors for Oregon Mutual Insurance Company where Hagan Hamilton is the company’s top producing agency. Rick and his wife, Kathy, make their home in McMinnville, Oregon where the company’s headquarters is located. They have two sons who are also key members of Hagan Hamilton’s executive team.

Craig McClain began his insurance career with companies like Mutual of New York Life and Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon – bringing more than 25 years of industry experience to Hagan Hamilton’s executive team. In addition, as the Life/Health Department sales manager, Craig builds strong and supportive relationships with his sales team, company representatives, underwriters and most importantly – his clients. As a partner of the corporation and a licensed benefits consultant, Craig utilizes his unique expertise to achieve the needs and goals of both the employer and their employees, resulting in a benefit-rich package at the best value. Craig, a member of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters, specializes in group health, life, 401-K and disability insurance. He and his wife, Nancy, make their home in the Stayton area.

Working smart and empowering her clients with knowledge, Beth Avecedo brings energy and 10 years of insurance experience within a fast and ever-changing market. Advocating on behalf of her clients, Beth ensures they are the first to know of unique plans that help control costs while delivering customized, benefit-rich packages. Beth is a board member of the McMinnville Area Chamber of Commerce which recently named her as the Volunteer of the Year for her active community involvement with such organizations as Juliette’s House, a child abuse assessment center based in McMinnville. As a licensed agent, Beth writes group medical, dental, life, disability and supplemental benefits and specializes in wineries, agricultural industries and manufacturing.

With 15 years of experience in assisting clients with innovative business solutions, Dawn has established herself as a leader in her field and currently serves as the Membership Chair for the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters, Willamette Valley Chapter. As an active member of the Chehalem Valley Chamber of Commerce, Dawn specializes in wineries, agricultural industries and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining Hagan Hamilton Insurance, Scott gained over 25 years of financial services industry knowledge by consulting, designing, implementing and servicing qualified defined contribution retirement plans with Transamerica Retirement Services, Bank of America, US Bank and MSI Insurance. Building a successful retirement plan practice not only requires tremendous insight concerning the 401(k) market but the ability to form long-lasting relationships and enduring bonds. Scott’s breadth of industry experience gives his clients the confidence they need to trust Scott to work “smart” for them. After earning his business degree from Oregon State University, Scott obtained his life and health license and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. A native Oregonian, Scott has been married 24 years, and has three children.
