Rick joined Hagan Hamilton in 1981 and purchased the company in 1991. For more than a decade he has continued to foster the customer-driven philosophy on which the company was founded. Rick is licensed in all lines of insurance and is a licensed consultant, specializing in employee benefits and life insurance. He is a member of the Oregon Health Underwriters Association, and currently sits on the BCBS agent's Advisory Council.

Craig McClain has been involved in the Insurance industry for more than 20 years. He started in 1987 with Mutual of New York Life. In 1989 he went to work for Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon where he worked as Marketing Representative with all sizes of groups in sales and service. In 1999 he joined the Hagan Hamilton sales team and became the Executive Vice President in 2006. As a licensed benefits consultant, he works with employers to provide benefit packages that include group health, life, 401-K, disability coverage and employee assistance programs. Craig is a member of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters.

Dawn has been in the insurance industry since 1997. She joined Hagan Hamilton's Life and Health Department in 2000. Dawn specializes in helping small businesses customize employee benefit packages; including group medical, dental, life, disability, and supplementary benefits. She is active in the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters and is serving as State Membership Chair for her third year.

Beth joined Hagan Hamilton's Life and Health Department in 2003. Her specialty is customized employee benefit packages for businesses with 2 to 2000 employees. Beth also specializes in dental, medical, life, disability and supplementary benefits. She is a member of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters and the Northwest Food Processors Association.
